The NEMESIS EX is the game changing new street legal dual sports vehicle that is as tough and sturdy as a trophy truck, as agile as a race car and packed with the latest cool technology.

 

The NEMESIS EX gives both extreme off-road capability and on-road performance. The Nemesis EX has a lightweight chassis design, individual composite body panels, performance brakes, fully adjustable suspension and a racing style high tech interior.

The Concept

The brief was simple... Design a lightweight, safe, exciting street legal dual sports vehicle that is a great drive on the road yet totally badass off road. It had to be lots of fun on the track and completely drop dead gorgeous.

 

It also had to be reliable, affordable to service and designed for everyday uses such as going to the beach, camping etc.

 

After two years work, we think we have achieved our goal. 

The Design

The key elements of the design were to create a lightweight dual sports vehicle with fantastic balance. A rear wheel drive, mid central mounted engine and manual transmission. The driver, passengers, engine and transmission are positioned as low as possible in the vehicle, to ensure a low center of gravity.

 

The 2.4L 4 cylinder twin scroll turbo charged engine is connected to a manual or sequential transmission and a rear limited slip differential.

The Chassis

The NEMESIS EX chassis is built from the latest alloys including Docol R8, which is up to 25% lighter and stronger than the Chromoly used to build rally cars and desert trucks. The Nemesis central tube is made from carbon fiber reinforced plastic which is lighter and stronger than steel.

 

Each corner of the car has independent, fully adjustable double wishbone suspension and fully adjustable shocks. Front and rear adjustable anti-roll bars sytem. Performance 4 pot brake calipers and vented disc's.

The Body

The Nemesis body panels are made from composite reinforced plastic. The panels are formed under high pressure and are extremely light and strong.

 

Each panel is interchangeable. If a panel is damaged, simply remove and replace.

 

The roof and doors are also removable.

The Engine

The Nemesis uses a Honda 4 cylinder 2.4L i-VTEC engine fitted with a twin scroll turbo and AEM adjustable ECU. The Honda engine gives performance and reliabilty. Spares can be purchased almost anywhere so that the Nemesis does not need to be serviced at costly specialist dealer centers.

 

Using the Honda engine with it's parts accessibility means we can also supply the Nemesis worldwide.

The Interior

The Nemesis has been designed to be simple and lightweight. The racing style interior has bucket seats and aircraft style switches, but if it doesn't make the car safer, handle better or go faster, we don't need it.

 

But don't be fooled, just because the Nemesis interior looks simple, it's packed with the latest tech including a dash display, 10 inch touch screen PC display, GPS, HD video camera and Wi-Fi network.

 

The Latest Tech

We have designed and built a completely bespoke electrical and power management system for the Nemesis EX.

 

The solid state TITAN Power Distribution Module (PDM) is the heart of the system and the latest in vehicle power distribution and  management. The PDM eliminates all fuses and relays from the car and is completely programmable.

 

The 10 inch Vehicle Control Panel (VCP) in the car's center consul is connected to the PDM and displays and controls the car's entire electrical system. It displays a virtual dashboard and can adjust the vehicle's engine management in real time. When you hit the race track the tablet becomes a GPS lap and sector timer so you can record and upload your best lap times. The tablet also displays Google Maps, just in case you get lost on the off road trails.
